In total 154 homes were sold.
99 of those were detached with an average price of $1 553,000 .
Equal number of townhomes and semis were sold -21 and the average price for a semi reached $1,131.000 and $1.177.00 million dollars for a townhouse. On the condo market, the number of sales was similar to February – 5 condo apartments and 8 condo townhomes sold,
average price for a condo unit was $693 000 and for a townhouse $1.011, 000.
Compared to January and February this year, the speed of sales slowed down a bit with most homes being on the market 9 days compared to 6 during winter months.
The average price for any type of home also dipped down from almost $1.500,000 in Ferbuary to $1,370.000 in March.
It is an excellent market to buy right now with a more generous inventory compared to winter.
