Bristol-London is located to the east of Yonge Street and going to Main Street North, this established neighbourhood can boast mature parks, wide residential streets and spacious backyards. At the East Gwillimbury border in the north, the land has been bought for commercial usage. Many homes back onto conservation land, however, there are some plans for residential construction  here as well.

The majority of homes were built in the 80s and represent bungalows, or detached 2 storied houses with double car garage andfenced backyards. Mature lots and trees make this neighbourhood a walking paradise .

Located within steps to Yonge Street with all eating out options, SilverCity Movie Theater, Upper Canada Mall and big box retailers like Walmart, Home Depot and Costco, this neibourhood is a great place to live for those who like the proximity to all the facilities.

Transportation is very accessible: highways 400 and 404, the East Gwillimbury GO train station taking commuters downtown Toronto and VIVA bus on Young Street – everything you can possibly think of.

Local schools are Denne Public (Elementary) and Dr. J.M.Denison High School can boast a great sense of community and variety of activities for kids. Right behind Canadian Martyrs Public School (Catholic), there is a newly built splash park for kids that was opened in July 2014 at Rogers Park.

A great selection of home based and government public daycare centres, abundant playgrounds and beautiful trails for biking or hiking make this neighborhood a terrific family community.
